   I’m Bill Zortman and WELCOME to It’s YOUR Business—Show 52-52 in our ORIGINAL IT’s YOUR Business SERIES.

   Today is the last day of the first half of 2026-----one of the shows that we have carried for a dozen or so years----is the REPORT CARD SERIES---bringing together leaders of the Real Estate Association and HOME Builders as well.

   The show traditionally gets the first Monday of the month----and thanks to Neil King----who does the bean counting on house sales—what they bring---and more---we are able to look at the numbers and find ways to compare lots of buying and selling----to discussion----and Neil joins us this morning as one of a handful of guests that will help us understand what it all means.

    Neil thanks for joining us –we know you are one of those that walks on water as we change the calendar from one month to the other. You work hard to get the figures out ----and then explain what else you can share.
