  This serves as the last show for the first half of 2026----we did a special Report Card Show---in the 9-10 hour on housing—looking at where we are and where we expect to go in the next 6 months.

  Lets start with a look at how we will close the first half of the year in South Dakota---

  Casey Crabtree joins us to explain what he has seen---and what he expects to see in the 2nd half of the year….statewide---

  We still don’t have an answer on who won the Mayor’s Race in Sioux Falls-----and there are still some interesting races coming up in July thru November---

   Upcoming elections----decisions to be made-----and what from what you hear from the public are they expecting-----and can cast there votes for----

   You spend time around those in agriculture---what are there thoughts on where there crops are---and there hopes for what they’ll see by fall for crops themselves and prices as well---

   When we do our report card show and a number of others what we are hearing ---is the optimism with buyers and sellers---and some of the enthusiasm that new comers have about joining us in South Dakota---

   One of the projects we agreed to help with recently was the Scholarships that Hefty’s were giving to SDSU----first it was 100 then it was 200----and they just completed 203---

   Stephanie (and possibly Zach)---talk us thru what it means to you Stephanie to get a scholarship to SDSU---and how it will help you in the years ahead---

   We do know that a number of the scholarships went to those in North Dakota---and some neighboring states to us here in Sioux Falls—now North Dakota is looking at doing their own scholarships in 2027---
