This coming Monday morning, June 29th, we will be interviewing live in KELO Radio’s studio, Ryan Mager – Production Coodinator for G3Fire, Inc. – Sioux Falls.

•   How did your company get its name?  3 generations in the family business of Heiman Fire.

• What products does your company make?  Fire Truck Water Tanks and other fire truck brackets, Speaker boxes and other miscellaneous products.
• Where do you make your products?  Renner/Crooks Exit just north of Sioux Falls on I-29.
• What makes your products so special vs. the products that your competitors make?  Our tanks have lids to get inside the tanks for cleaning, repair or other tasks to make it easier if we ever need to get inside while our competitors   

                 tanks are sealed and when we have to fix them there is a lot of cutting and patching.

• How did your company get started?  Heiman Fire, our sister company, ordered tanks from other companies and its owners decided to start their own so that they could have better quality control and produce their items in a more

                 timely manner.

• How old is your company?  16 years old
• How many employees do you have?  21

• Are you in need of more employees?  At the moment no.

• Is your company growing?  And if so, why?  Yes, word of mouth is spreading around the US to individuals and companies that are looking for tanks and other customized fire-fighting products.
• Do you sometimes export your firm’s products?  If so, to what countries?  We have sent some products to Canada and Turkey in the past, but some of our products are exported periodically throughout the world.
