Tour guides are already giving hunters help on preserves --- but for the most part ---100,000 are expected to be in place within 48 hours.

It's the 17th Annual Sioux Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau Hunter's Welcome at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport that welcomes hunters from 12-7 Thursday and 9:30 to 7 on Friday.
