• Welcomed increased Retail Activity in our suburban communities Tea and Harrisburg—or should it be Harrisburg and Tea!!
• Yes we did salute the Sioux Empire Fair as well

     Jessie Schmidt--- BBB---again the SCAMS—that thousands are trying to recover from

          If you go on line to the BBB you can see serious help for those that have been scammed. She even listened Top 10 scams targeting small businesses ---they are included on the Better Business Bureau Website.

         What you might want to know –if you have fears that you have scammed---or need help----Jessie has the written word—and could talk as well---everyone’s scamming seems to be different---and just sad that you first were approached—and two perhaps fell for the scam.

         From Teri Schmidt—Experience Sioux Falls----with the Fair closing down Saturday---you are now looking at back to school and other fall activities. Summer has been well planned---and well attended—we need approaching FALL to be the SAME!

         From South Dakota Game Fish and Parks---KIP Rounds—who’s taking his family camping—gave a number of reasons to consider it for you and your family. Those State Park Campgrounds are calling –but keep in mind that the school bell will be ringing soon.

         GFP Rounds---shared that the FISH or BITING right NOW---and with the camping could be a great time for a getaway.

• Risotto Party at Plum’s Cooking Co—Friday at 6PM—learn the art of one of Italy’s most comforting dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chief—April Johnson—a perfect evening out for foodies and home chefs alike

       From the Sioux Falls Canaries---(yes they changed their name for the homestand to Minnehaha Martians--)

       They have clinched a spot in the playoffs—and will finish the homestand before hitting the road to close out the regular season.

       John Gaskins is quite the advocate for the Birds----and we always know there will be fun in what he reports.

       Cat Clark ---talked about getting closer to the Sanford International in September---when the Seniors come to town—people know it is a sign to get the clubs out and enjoy hitting the little white ball before, during and after the tournament---as well as play before your white ball could be hard to find in the snow.

        Couples tailgate Friday night at PG---Couples Championship next Sunday at Elmwood---and many say with the history of knowing that Fall Golf is the best golf. You might want to consider a “Fall Pass” on sale for September 1-15.
