    Teri I did share with you and those in our show---something that I was doing as our parents wanted us to do---

    Gene and Charlotte---broke the mold for many—by paying all the taxes for the land—their property—so that when the five of us siblings received the Estate---it would be all—free to the five families.

    My job Thursday was to be the FINAL Signature on the agreement to sell—the Iowa farm properties—buildings and all. Ag Secretaries in Iowa and yes South Dakota talked to me about how this was being done and may be more in vogue in the future---if you can keep the family farms a #1 priority. I signed the document after my brother Doc and sister Kathy did—with me –we were in charge of the transition the folks had set up.

    No doubt what our family just did this week with closing on May 1st—will be followed by other farm families in the future---

    Teri---You talked about the incredible family---taking care of the next generation---and that is the way we have felt—and do want other families to follow----
