The team at Rosewild is ushering in a new season with their updated winter menus, including new dinner, dessert and drink items. Rosewild is located in the heart of downtown Fargo in the lobby of the Jasper Hotel and Jasper’s General Manager, Justin Clark, joins us to preview some of the new menu items. Food menu highlights include a Harvest Lasagna featuring sweet potato, butternut squash, pesto,raised shallots; a Hot Dish Pot Pie and even a Beer Cheese Soup made with Drekker Broken Rudder brew.
