Nate just graduated from MSUM and has joined the KFGO Newsroom fulltime! We are excited to have him on the team - and even more excited to get to know him a little bit better during Seat Yourself. 

Lisa Schwinden, Golf Pro at Edgewood Course in Fargo, ND, joins Amy and JJ for lunch and a great conversation. And - she even has some golf tips!!
