With more than twenty years of military and corporate consulting and leadership experience, Joy's areas of expertise range from diversity and inclusion training, team building, business strategy consulting, leadership training and organizational change management.

Dr. Wright was a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and one of the first females to assist with the integration of women on aircraft carriers. Joy was the first female on board the USS Roosevelt Aircraft Carrier as a Division Officer in charge of several hundred naval personnel.

Joy is now President and Co-Founder of Launch Team Consulting providing training services to Corporations, Non-Profits, and the military.
