Ahal, born in Kibbutz Be'eri, is a former officer in an IDF Navy Commando unit and a chairman of the Young President Organization (YPO) London Chapter.  Ahal's younger sister was killed in Kibbutz Be'eri on Oct 7th, while her husband was taken hostage.
