The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Advocate Mthunzi Mhaga has elaborated on what led the NPA to close the alleged rape case concerning a 7-year-old minor in Matatiele.
In this conversations with Abongile Mangala on Isingqi SeZulu, Mhaga says the NPA's conclusion comes after the minor was interviewed and examined by experts, and the results showed that there were no signs of being raped. According the NPA, the child also confirmed that she was not raped.
