The event which is to be held at Vision Australia's Kooyong office is Richard's opportunity to shed light on his latest masterwork of historical non-fiction, The Book of Roads and Kingdoms. Richard brings to life the story of medieval wanderers who travelled to the edges of the known world during Islam’s fabled Golden Age, expertly weaving beautiful and thrilling pictures of a dazzling lost world with the tale of an empire’s rise and devastating fall. During the event, Fidler will be joined on stage by Astrid Edwards.
