In something which resembled a page from the script of the movie “Good Morning Vietnam” – Chuck did specialty programming for the Armed Forces Radio Network serving Micronesia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines!

In 1993, Chuck joined KZGZ (“Power 98”) in Agana, the capital village of Guam, and KPXP-Saipan as PD/MD and on the Afternoon Drive.

He was the first in the world to broadcast underwater off Guam! How exactly do you do a show... underwater?
