Attorney Milton Raiford joins the show after Allegheny Co. DA Stephen Zappala emailed all of his deputy prosecutors forbidding them from offering plea deals to Raiford and his clients. Raiford stands by his position, speaking out against racism in the criminal justice system. Judge David Cashman joins the show to give his opinion. He thinks Zappala is in the wrong as well, but it doesn't mean he should resign, like many people want.
