Both sides of the aisle want changes to federal voting rules, though they can't agree on what those changes should be. But regular people wonder why politicians in D.C. can't do the obvious and make the tweaks most people can agree on. Kevin Kosar with the American Enterprise Institute spoke with Inside Sources about some of their proposals that could appease everyone. He also talked about why conversations around the topic of voting is more difficult than it has to be.
