For months now, Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville has been blocking nominees for military posts that require Senate approval. Senators on the right and the left have claimed there's not a way around it. But James Wallner from the R Street Institute says the Senate has several processes by which lawmakers can approve military promotions, without Tuberville.
