Yesterday, a shooting at a crowded Colorado grocery store killed 10 people, this latest act of mass violence is on the tails of the Atlanta Spa Shooting Spree that killed eight people and the Capitol siege that killed five. As the nation mourns the loss of human lives, we also tackle the question once more of constitutional common sense in regard to preventing gun violence.
