Project Protect by the numbers

Published May 19, 2020, 8:17 PM

Let’s celebrate the numbers around Project Protect and the impact it has made. Project Protect is geared at providing frontline health workers with medical-grade masks. Today marks the last day to pick up sewing kits for the effort to make 5 million masks. Volunteers have put cumulative hours of sewing that is the equivalent of 375 years of full-time work. Sarah Weaver from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints joins Boyd for an update on the effort and a peek at an upcoming ‘encore’ project.
