But a new report from the Orrin G Hatch Foundation has found that the filibuster is critical if we want to maintain bipartisanship, compromise, and more. Martin Gold is a visiting scholar at the Foundation. He authored the report and joins Boyd to discuss why we should defend the filibuster.
