Believe it or not, the holidays are creeping upon us, and with all the upheaval of 2020, there are many marginalized communities that need an extra hand of help this season. With this in mind, The Utah Refugee Connection just launched their holiday collection drive, which is going virtual this year. Executive Director Amy Dott Harmer joins Boyd to discuss the unique needs of this community in this unique year. With a goal to serve 500 local refugee families, there are many ways listeners can assist as even small donations have a large impact.
