Pork and barrel spending is here to stay for the 118th Congress. The House GOP voted yesterday to keep the practice of using earmarks in federal spending bills to fund pet projects in their home-states. Patrick Hedger from the Taxpayers Protection Alliance says this practice creates corruption and puts a major strain on taxpayers and the economy.
