Would you consider fostering a dog and becoming a member of the "Mutt Mafia?"  Also we need our animal lovers to unite.  Iowa is the only state in the entire country that doesn't make animal torture a  felony first offense.  Please call your  Senator at 515-281- 3371 and let them know you support bill SF2099 and you'd like it to pass this session.
