As part of the rejuvenation of Swords town centre, Fingal County Council are planning to build a new Civic and Cultural Centre in the heart of Fingal’s county town. The Swords Cultural Quarter project has reached a major milestone with the plans for the new Civic and Cultural Centre going out to public consultation.
