Thirty years ago Gigi used alcohol, romance and professional accomplishments to soothe her nerves. She quit drinking and found that she had a serious thinking problem. She discovered effective tools from therapy, recovery programs, scientific research and a variety of philosophical and spiritual teachings to deal with what was going on in her life.  

We talked about her recent book “50 Ways to Worry Less Now” and she gave some really helpful tips for overcoming stress, anxiety and worry - without alcohol or drugs.
