Kaye chats with Tara Crete, a self-confessed Spiritual adventurer. Tara had it all in her twenties, a high-rise overlooking the City, all the furnishings including a boat; yet she did not feel content. A conscious decision was made to have what her family called, a “yard sale” where she sold it all, downsized and started her life as a spiritual adventurer. Journey with us in this conversation where Tara lives a life true to her adventurous spirit, not following in the footsteps of her friends who were marrying and having babies.  

As a professional sky diver, Tara was fearless, travelled and lived in Peru as she explored her vulnerability, navigating the valleys of life to bring her to where she is today. A certified life coach, broadcaster hosting her own podcast Sacred Valley, and co-host for Spiritually Raw.  Tara is on a mission to assist individuals in removing the blindfold of limiting beliefs and unveiling the truth that unfolds around us.
