Coach Bob Lovell starts the show after a Nathaniel Finch scoreboard update, Rob Blackman, the voice of the Purdue Boilermakers calls in to talk the run of Purdue this season after falling last weekend in the sweet 16. After an update on the final four and MLB around the Midwest we get a word from Greg Rakestraw, the voice of the Indy Eleven, as they drew against North Carolina FC 2-2 in the rain. The Eleven let up a 2-goal lead in the tie.

Brian Sullivan of WNAS had the 4A championship at New Castle between Mount Vernon and New Albany and describes the tense championship game and how Luke Ertel came out on top. We then hear from Parke Heritage’s Rich Schelsky on his team advancing to the State finals after a win over Linton at Southport. He explains how the tough schedule they faced prepared them for their tournament run. Also, how does Schelsky’s team celebrate a win? It wouldn’t be a Saturday night of Indiana Sports Talk without Kip Wesner of Hoosier Basketball Magazine. He was in Washington this morning for great 1A. He also recaps some of the other notable games from around the state and looks forward to this weekend. We wrap the show by taking one last look at March Madness and previewing the IHSAA State Basketball games.
