Dr. Charles Bullock has been teaching political science at the University of Georgia since Richard Nixon sought election in 1968. Over 58 years he has seen the election of Atlanta's first black Mayor and followed closely Jimmy Carter's rise to the White House. Dr. Bullock continues to teach as one of Georgia's foremost political experts and has been sought after particularly for his expertise in gerrymandering and redistricting. He joins host Bill Nigut to discuss his career and the evolution of Georgia politics.
