Clarity Child Guidance Center is the only nonprofit in South Texas providing a continuum of mental health care for children ages 3-17. We focused on the Robb Elementary Shooting in Uvalde and what children might be experiencing, what parents might be experiencing, ideas on how parents can help their child through this, and resources that are available to help. We talked about how Clarity Child Guidance Center would be available to help children and their parents through this time. We talked about the growth of Clarity during the pandemic because of the unique challenges that arose from Covid and the changes in schooling. Summer could be a troubling time for some kids and we talked about and how Clarity can help. Finally, we discussed the many ways our listeners could help Clarity Child Guidance Center achieve it’s mission. And we talked about the upcoming Clarity Con conference on Children’s Mental Health.
