February is Heart Month and we talked about the many many programs that the American Heart Association has to help people.  Heart disease and Stroke are the number 1 and number 5 leading killers in the US.  Gyna, talked about the importance of learning CPR and how the AHA can help with classes, she talked about the other programs on prevention of High Blood Pressure including movement and better nutrition.  She talked about clinics they work with to provide blood pressure monitoring assistance and more.
