Dr Max Gulhane is a practising family medicine MD and health-optimising physician with a passion for root-cause analysis of human chronic disease and longevity.
Dr Max's current academic and clinical interests focus on photobiology, circadian rhythms and mitochondrial health in metabolic health, aging, and longevity. Clinically, he is focused on visceral fat identification and reversal through targeted strategies including circadian regulation, chrononutrition, nutritional ketosis and exercise.
