He is a reporter-in-the-field for the International Spa Association. He has created fitness and wellness programs for Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and Bally. He received a Conde Nast Traveler Award for innovative spa programming worldwide. Lawrence is also an Anti-Aging Specialist. He has worked with TV celebrities and has appeared on CNN as a fitness &amp; wellness specialist. He is a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and American Fitness Certification Specialist.
