We all want to forget 2020, but that means leaving behind some amazing things we may have learned about ourselves during a challenging year. Our past self is really only our thoughts about our past self. Isn't that interesting? Is it really helpful to sum up an entire year as awful, especially when we're still living with many of the same challenges? A great skill to learn is how to Reframe 2020 by keeping what you want and letting go of what you don't want without getting into victim mode. Then, you get to create community in 2021!
