During a recent conversation with Audacy’s Mike Adam at the Hard Rock Hotel New York, Mimi Webb opened up about how music helps her mental health.
“I would say the way music really helps me with kind of calming myself down mentally and emotionally, it would probably be when I get to go to the studio honestly and create my own music,” Mimi expressed.
Adding, “it’s such a good kind of therapy session... to sit down and you know, go in with whoever I'm writing with that day and, and be able to speak about how I'm feeling and then get it written.”
Audacy's I’m Listening initiative aims to encourage those who are dealing with mental health issues to understand they are not alone.
