G-Eazy discusses his mental health essentials

During a recent chat with Audacy, G-Eazy shared some ways in which he maintains his mental health, citing “water, sunshine, and some nature,” as “essential” parts of his routine.

“Well, it sounds simple but I think a really, really essential thing to do, and a part of what I've tried to make… my routine, is spending time at a park, like being around some nature,” G-Eazy shared.

“You know, the greenery… being around life like that, I think is really essential. Just getting outside and soaking up some sun,” he continued. “It's simple to do, but just going for a walk and just spending some time at a park is, for me… really just boosts my happiness, and endorphins, and all that.”

“And drink a lot, a lot of water,” G-Eazy added, noting “obviously that's like oversimplifying… back to the basics. But sometimes, we forget the basics. It's like water, sunshine, and some nature and we’ll be really good.”
