Johannesburg - ActionSA leader -- Herman Mashaba -- holds the City of Johannesburg and its fortunes close to his heart. This seems to have motivated his party's move to seek to stabilize the metro according to political analyst Dr Ntsikelelo Breakfast. He has reflected on the possible benefits of the party's partnership with the ANC in Gauteng but warned that it may point to a rupture in relations within the larger party. Hlengiwe Mnguni reports.
