Gauteng-Youths in Zithobeni, Cullinan, eKangala and Rethabiseng have been left frustrated after a company that offered them skills learnerships allegedly disappeared without paying their stipends.

They now accuse the company of being fraudulent and are calling on authorities to investigate and hold those responsible accountable.
