Gauteng-A Tshwane employee and others has been arrested after being caught red handed trying to steal a transformer in Laudium in Pretoria West. The police were alerted by community members after they saw heavy duty trucks and a lot of people trying to load pieces of the transformer in the trucks. City of Tshwane municipality Spokesperson, Lindela Mashigo says the implicated employee will face internal disciplinary action. .....
