Mpumalanga- The provincial Education Department has allegedly purchased 22 laptops at the tune of 2-million rand meaning one laptop cost the department over 91-thousand rand. Premier's office is reported to be investigating the matter. We spoke to SABC News reporter, Michael Mdluli.
