Members of the National Education, Health and Allied Workers' Union (NEHAWU) in the Ehlanzeni Region have filed an urgent application with the Mpumalanga High Court, seeking to force the union to hold a special regional executive committee meeting. They allege that the leadership has not organized this meeting despite multiple requests. Additionally, they request an interdict regarding the delegates' list for an upcoming provincial conference, claiming the regional secretary failed to consult them before its compilation.
