Mpumalanga-The founder of the Kakaramba Foundation, Thando Masango, has criticised the Mpumalanga provincial government for what he describes as a lack of solutions to the rehabilitation of drug addicts. Masango’s comments follow the arrest of a couple in Waterval for allegedly operating an illegal drug rehabilitation centre. He says the situation highlights the need for government to provide accessible and properly equipped rehabilitation facilities for people struggling with drug addiction. The arrests have also raised concerns about the availability of legal rehabilitation services for families seeking help for loved ones battling substance abuse.
