Johannesburg: Public Service Commissioner, Professor Somadoda Fikeni has conveyed his condolences to the amaNdebele Nation, following the death of His Majesty King Enock Makhosoke Mabhena the second. King Makhosoke passed away in the early hours of this morning at the age of 65.
