Gauteng-Civic Movement, Soil of Africa, is demanding increased law enforcement presence in Mamelodi East in Pretoria. This, follows the brutal murder of two young women, aged between 21 and 22-years-old, who were found shot dead yesterday. The motive behind the  killing remains unknown. The movement's chairperson Bongani Ramontja says this is the third incident in the area within a week.
