Ava Max talks about her excitement for her upcoming album and how she plans to celebrate when it’s released. 

She discussed with Shannon Burns how emotional the lyrics on her album became after experiencing a breakup and being able to create sad songs that people can still dance to. 

Ava Max discusses what the biggest creative difference was when putting together this album vs. her first one and how her personal life had an impact on the creative process. 

Ava opens up about dealing with heartbreak and having to relive those moments when singing on stage. 

Ava Max shares what her process was for narrowing down songs for her album and speaks about the various musical genres that influenced these songs. 

Ava Max shares that creating a well crafted pop song is one of the most difficult things to do (if she had to pick an artist that has mastered this, it would be Britney Spears and Katy Perry!)

Ava Max talks about how she hopes her fans feel stronger after listening to her album regardless of what they are going through, and to not allow anyone else to change them.  

Ava Max shares that her strong work ethic comes from her parents and that she would not be who she is today without them. She also shares how amazing it is to be able to give back to her parents who have given her so much.  

She reveals the reason why she changed her album art and why she pushed back the release date. 

Ava Max shares that if she wasn’t a singer she would be an interior designer and gives Shannon Burns some design tips for her new home!
