We all know how difficult senior citizens can make life, but no-one would have dreamed that a visit by an octogenarian could cause so much trouble. But that's what happened when Nancy Pelosi dropped in on Taiwan. The furious action in the South China sea over the last few weeks is of concern, but it also poses an interesting intelligence opportunity.
