Her teenage daughters were inside the home when the gunfire erupted. Investigators have not publicly identified a suspect or confirmed a motive, and no arrests have been made. Loved ones have questioned whether she may not have been the intended target, but police have not confirmed that possibility. Years later, the case remains open, and her family continues to seek answers.
