More than nine years later, Reshaunda has never been found, no one has been charged in connection with her disappearance, and the circumstances surrounding that morning remain unresolved.

Police responded just before 11:00 p.m. and found two 19-year-olds with gunshot wounds. Nayasia was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities said the shooting appeared to have been targeted, but few additional details were released. No suspects have been publicly identified. No arrests have been announced. As of the latest reporting, the investigation remains open.
