In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers: In February 1996, 36-year-old Jasmine Porter was found deceased inside her Bronx apartment, where her four-year-old son had been when she was killed. Within months, police made an arrest. But when a key witness changed his story at trial, the defendant was acquitted, and the case went cold. Then, 25 years later, a detective revisiting Jasmine’s case came across something that had been there since 1996: evidence that had never been tested. What happened next would finally lead the investigation somewhere it had never been before.
