Geoff McQueen is a Director of Newcastle and Hunter Community Health (NHCH), a family-owned and operated, nursing and community services provider, focused on supporting people within their own home and the community. 

Geoff brings a wealth of expertise to the table, having held senior leadership positions for more than 20 years in both large-scale industries and small- to medium-sized firms.

Over the course of his career, his knowledge of manufacturing, the hospitality sector, business development, operations, health governance, and leadership has helped him provide the groundwork for NHCH to become a thriving healthcare organisation.

In addition to his career achievements, Geoff is a passionate fan of the Newcastle Jets and is an avid golfer. With his daughters and wife, Alison (co-Director at NHCH), Geoffrey strives to make as many soccer game appearances as he can and encourages his kids to pursue their own sporting goals.
