Sarah is both an Ambassador of Litefoot.nz (an NZ sport organisation inspiring kiwis to be environmental champions) and a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC)’s Sustainability and Legacy Commission.

Sarah chats to us about what it was like to cycle in Australia during the wild fires, how playing The Sims as a kid lead to her designing her own energy efficient homes and how the IOC is trying to make the Olympics sustainable for the long term.
