After Understanding Marginalization in the last episode, and much talk about Pterodactyls and Capitalism, now it's time to Confront Marginalization. To achieve this oh-so-important deed, Meghnad and Shreyas talk to Joel Parriera, show-runner, director and doer of all things media. Also, as he points out, a minority.

Joel talks about his experience coming to India from Saudi Arabia, from a Monarchy to a Democracy. But the fun thing is he was talking about the Indian Democracy while he lived in a Monarchy. Quite an awkward situation IRL.

The trio discuss reservations and why we need them, try to bust some common upper-caste myths about the issue and also discuss the recent 10% general category quota.
